At Fevroli S.R.L. we respect and protect the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, for what purpose and what rights you have over it, in accordance with Law No. 164 and applicable regulations in the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when subscribing to our newsletter (name and email), as well as technical data generated by your browsing (anonymised IP address, device type, pages visited and traffic source).
3. Purpose of the processing
We use your data to send you updates about real estate crowdlending projects, analysis of the Bolivian market and institutional communications. We also use it to improve the site, keep it secure and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your free, express and informed consent and, where applicable, on the legitimate interest of Fevroli S.R.L. to maintain the security of the site and to exercise or defend claims.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active or until you request its deletion. Technical data is retained for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months.
